This gutter is holding water and leaf debris. The owner has not been cleaning it regularly. Also, it has been installed incorrectly. There is not enough slope in the gutter to allow the water to drain away. Over time, this gutter has begun to pull away from the fascia. This can lead to other problems such as rotting of the fascia and soffit boards. A simple inexpensive repair can turn into a major problem later if unattended.
